I was just reminding you to accept the item whenever you get it because i shipped al my items the same day and everybody else got theirs! I understand slow shipping,tho was only reminding you i case you got yours. Some people wait the full 4 days before accepting and it’s very frustrating for a seller to wait for the funds! ellmateo Hi TH, I was going over the items that I shipped yesterday and i found that we shipped you the wrong item. A pair of shoes instead of the Ruby R cami. If you can open a claim and return the box. Please print out the label and use the same box. I was asking if I can ship you your item right now before you receive the box and return it but I guess that is not the way it is done. As soon as I receive the box , I can print out a new shipping label and get your Ruby R cami shipped. Very sorry

ellmateo You will get some shoes, please return them. Poshmark will give you a shipping label to return. But you have to request a return label. When I get them, I will get another shipping label from Poshmark so I can ship your package that I have here. Right now I can't ship your cami because I don't have a shipping label.

ellmateo I asked if I can ship the cami now, but they won't give me a shipping label until the item is returned. I also asked if they can just redirect the package back to sender since i just shipped it. But they said no. They have a their way of doing things. Sorry about this error.

tammyhogan @ellmateo OK I received a package from you today so do I actually have to open it up and send a picture to Poshmark so they know that it’s not the right item I have never done this before so I just wanna make sure I’m doing it right

ellmateo @tammyhogan no you don’t have to. Since I will confirm that this box has the wrong item when you request a return . Poshmark will send you a return label, so you don’t have to take extra steps in repackaging the box. Just tape the return label over the old label and ship it back. Take it to the post office and that is it.

ellmateo @tammyhogan I believe you could have taken a picture of the big box that contained shoes instead of a small package containing a 8oz cami. But the pic that you took and sent is more than enough. I have your cami ready to ship.
