thegarmentgrove @renaye92268 hi there! I realized over the weekend that I sent you the wrong pair of gray boots and am so sorry! If you open a case with poshmark you should be able to ship the wrong ones back to me and I can get you the correct pair. Again I’m really sorry and hope I can work this out for you.

thegarmentgrove @renaye92268 hi! You open the listing you purchased and near the bottom you’ll see something that says “report a problem”. You’ll need the order number which you can copy prior to that.

thegarmentgrove @renaye92268 try going to your profile (the person icon) and selecting “poshmark support center” - you can give them the order number and let them know you received the wrong item. Check your email too because I put in a ticket and they said they would reach out to you as well.
