tammyskaggs225 Hello. You had reached out to me when I first started with Poshmark. I have had great experiences except that I did order a pair of boots that weren’t exactly as described. Yes, my account was credit but shouldn’t I receive a prepaid label from Poshmark to return the boots to the seller? She was very kind but I’m sure is looking for her boots back. It’s been a week since I received the credit.

jude1123 @tammyskaggs225 How long ago did this happen? Poshmark should have sent a mailing label WHEN they refunded your money. I would contact Poshmark customer service and the seller ASAP.

tammyskaggs225 @jude1123 it was a week ago today and I have sent 2 emails. The seller has been so kind. I keep getting an email Saying I will receive a separate email on what to do. That email has never arrived.

jude1123 @tammyskaggs225 Give it time. The most important thing is that the seller is aware and understanding. Unfortunately Poshmark does take its time getting back to you. Keep contact with the seller going and find out if they contact her first.

tammyskaggs225 @jude1123 ok. I have been in contact. I will ask her if they have been in contact with her. I hate to spend my own money to mail the boots back but I will if necessary. I’ve never had this issue and have ordered many things since starting with Poshmark. So unsure of their protocol. Thank you for your help!
