tammyltaylor51 @gloriatolliver I’m not understanding why you had to launder the dress. I laundered all clothes in Gain with fabric softener then spray the bags with febreeze for I worry about shipping methods at times. I’ve NEVER had a problem such as this with any and I mean ANY customer. I do apologize for the not so great surprise. I’m just not understanding the launder of the clothing item???? I’ve NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS.
