mmadonna40 Hello Doll!💕 I’m sorry you’re disappointed with your purchase. However, as you can see in my listing photos the heel tips are securely in place. I don’t know what you were walking on or how you lost the heel tips but they’re easy to replace. The item I sold you was in perfect condition your rating should reflect that not the damage done after. I hope that you will reconsider your negative 2-star rating. 💕😘

tamtam54321 I was walking on the pavement to my meeting in a conference room on tile floor. But yes I will change the rating but it would nice if you did not tell me what I should and should not rate on. Thank you I do love the shoes that is why I purchased them. Have a great day.

I have just been making a lot of purchases lately replacing my whole closet with the weight that I have recently put on so I am getting ready to fill my closet up with some of what I just purchased because were to small. psivalon I’m sorry the boots don’t fit you correctly. They are however a 9. You can refer to the inside of the boot where the size is stamped. Which I also took a picture of and posted in the listing. I hope this helps.
