flowerchild_968 I could not any place to message and speak to you about this. I have not been able to get the locket to close since I received it. There have been several items ie a watch that didn’t work, purses that were peeling, that I have had to eat and surely you can see why the locket not closing would be an issue. I’m sorry if this was closing when you shipped and now it’s not. I’m not sure how I should have handled the situation but didn’t mean to make it bad for you.

llloza You must have received your refund by now, so please go to your purchases & change your one star rating. If you have a problem with an order try to contact the seller first & if they won’t resolve it you can open a case with Poshmark. You must do this right away when you receive Order & not wait. You should not have to eat damaged merchandise.
