cannyb Hi, I recently ordered a pair of grayish Keens canvas shoes. Thru the tracking # i was informed that they could not be delivered due to incomplete address, and were sent back. I would still like to receive them. I tried to use Support at Posh to inform them of this, but not sure if they will contact you about the problem, allowing you to resend with the correct address. What was left out of the address was the street, which is W. 23rd St. This is the Order Id 644327c56cb7770c22230bf7

cannyb i was so looking forward to receiving this order. I was informed via the tracking link that it was sent back just today. So it may take a couple days to get back to you. Hope it doesn't take too long. I wish I could contact you more directly. I would hate to see this package simply get lost.

cannyb Great! I hope you understand the actual address. I'm reluctant to post it here, but as I said, the main error was leaving off the actual Street, which is W. 23rd St. The package had the W but not the street. No need to put 2 W's. haha

cannyb oh phew, so all is not lost. I think I clarified the address enough above to indicate what was left off the address. In your communications with PM you can repeat what I indicated to them: that the order page seemed to drop bits of data after I had input them. So I would have to re-enter it. I thought the final input of information was complete, but if something was wonky about the site or the internet connection, maybe that created an interference. Keep me posted.
