tammyrammoser @vogelflieg First, calling a customer a Grinch is not very professional. Second, I am a 2-4 and the sweater was tight and sleeves too short. My feedback is to let you know what I felt needed improvement. A simple comment, like "runs small" could have helped. Last, I would not have minded raising the star score, with some prior, polite communication from you.
