Hi - I’m so happy you like the greyhound watch and I’m sorry the USPS envelope was not sufficient. I wrapped the watch in my hometown newspaper in an effort to reduce waste. I’m NJ we do no use plastic bag and refrain from plastics in general. I truly thought the USPS envelope was strong. Moving forward, I’ll wrap items in the larger envelope. I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the packaging. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi, I haven’t heard back from about the $5.00 watch you purchased which was a $2.00 sale for me. I’m sorry the USPS package tore, I sent the post office a email about the quality of there envelopes and your easily torn package. But I’m glad your happy with the watch. I wrapped my items in the local newspaper to prevent waste and refrain from your plastic as much as possible because it is harmful to the planet. Thank you for your 4 star rating. Enjoy the Greyhound watch.
