jkeintz @tammyrenea0206 go to your purchases, find this one, then scroll to the bottom and select problems/order inquiry and then contact poshmark support. I think this is the way to do it

tammyrenea0206 @jkeintz I started the process last night. They asked for a photo, which I sent. I’m not sure why as a photo will not show the odor problem.
