tsuestovall @tacytucker I have hoshimotos and in turn they took my thyroid & 2 parathyroid. I have been on a constant roller coaster to get my body aches & weight in control. I'm currently on Synthroid brand only 100 6 days & 88 1 day to get my TSH level right. I had heard that Yoga can do wonders for multiple issues & when I saw the books I thought I would give it 100% try .

tsuestovall @tacytucker I can already feel the connection! my Dr actually suggested yoga. if you can do only name brand thyroid meds. it's regulated differently so every pill is the appropriate dose. Levothyroxine is off here & there. I learned that the hard way.
