tammystrube @cherylcjones Hi Cheryl, I have not yet received the Lilly Pulitzer XL shopping tote yet...I will let you know when it arrives, which will hopefully be soon. I do know the Harrisburg PA postal center (our local regional.postal hub) has been way behind in processing/delivering some packages due to the pandemic. Thank you for checking in with me!

tammystrube @cherylcjones Hi Cheryl, I just received a USPS notification tonight that the Vera Bradley market tote is to be delivered tomorrow. It's been at the Harrisburg regional postal center for 12 days unexplained...very frustrating. Thank you so much for staying on top of it though, and I will gladly accept it for you just as soon as my mail person delivers it. tammystrube Hi Cheryl, I do not believe this...the mailman just delivered my package from you, but it was only the piece of your Priority Mail box with the shipping label...no tote bag...I'm hoping you would have insurance as you used priority mail...I'm terribly sorry this happened...please lmk if you need anything from me on the damaged nail claim.
