Hi Tamara,
I saw ur Feedback on the jacket. I’m a bit “taken back” regarding your indication that basically everything was wrong with the transaction (seller responsiveness, item description, cleanliness etc). I do appreciate feedback & strive for happy customers. I never had a ? from u 2 respond to. I shipped w/I 24 hours. I provided pictures and written description of this jacket which was in used condition.
