tpenton Hello I purchased some shoes from you and I received them. However, I am not happy with the shoes because they smell like cigarette smoke and they don’t fit properly. I understand that this site is for used items; however, I’ve never received anything from Poshmark that had an odor. I am not a smoker and I don’t like anything that smells like smoke. I’m not knocking any smoker. I’m just stating how I feel.

tazziemae @tpenton I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase. The shoe size was posted as well as a disclaimer about my items being second hand to us and some may have odors such as perfume, cigarette smoke etc and we advise that you take that into consideration prior to purchasing. However, I never noticed any odor at all with these shoes. Regardless, you did file a claim and Posh declined it. I'm sorry.

txwinediva Hi there, so we have been traveling and every time I try to send something to Poshmark, I end up losing my paragraph! I read over the policies and they won’t agree to a return for size .So, I’ll either relist them or see if my sister wants them. Have a great Thanksgiving! Diane
