Hello - I shipped your merrell boots 1st thing Monday morning - I am not sure why it’s not tracking yet. This has happened before a few times and each time the product showed up within a few days. I just wanted to let you know - I’m hoping they arrive soon! My apologies on behalf of our crazy busy post offices! 💕

@jen7871 I know this is hard to believe but the boots are now on their way to Texas. I’m not sure what is happening. I have ordered 2 items off of Posh and so far nothing has arrived. Have you ever had any problems like this? Thanks so much , Tammye

@tzgorski I’ve sold almost 2,000 items and I think this has happened less than a handful of times. It’s not Posh - it’s the post office. I’m pretty sure the other times have been around super busy holidays, too. It’s ridiculous and I’m so sorry this has been your experience - don’t give up on Posh because it really is a wonderful site! You are a woman blessed with great patience though! 💕🌸

@jen7871 Don’t laugh but those traveling boots made it back to MD. I’m sure people are scratching there head on this one. Rumor has it the post office has packages just sitting. You would think they would have hired people knowing the system would be overwhelmed for the holidays and COVID. I will keep you posted. Hopefully they will eventually make it here. Thanks for asking 😊
