purple_exchange Hi Tamu, you purchased the FDJ French Dressing Pants on March 9th. However, when I was packing the pants, I noticed a stain on the left front leg and the back left leg. drtamugreen @time_warpdrobe honestly, I just appreciate it when the item ships out quickly and arrives clean and in good repair with no odors. If something special is thrown in like a handwritten note, a coupon for a future order, or a little gift like a wallet or hair tie, that is delightful.

time_warpdrobe Thank you for replying. I did ship it next day, dry cleaned, steamed and sprayed the top with fabric freshener. I give different gifts every time. I don’t think I can afford to do hair ties or wallets. I used to do handwritten notes, then I designed my own business cards, but neither of those seemed to impress people either. I’m not sure what I’m doing differently from other sellers 🤷🏻‍♀️

drtamugreen @time_warpdrobe it must be that different buyers have different expectations. I basically give 5 stars to everyone (Poshmark, Uber, Instacart) as long as the service is performed without significant problems. Others may feel that you have to go above and beyond the call of duty to earn 5 stars.
