carmenbeck You cancelled my order for my photo frame due to inclement weather. I STILL need the photo frame as it was a gift for my mom. Please respond to me as I have inquired about this multiple times with no answer. I have patiently waited for the weather to improve and then boom- you cancelled my order.

tamyrisdias @carmenbeck I explained that because of the bad winter weather in Illinois, that was the biggest factor in delaying the item to be shipped. I live in the countryside. I did not want to keep you waiting and having the pressure to drive in dangerous conditions for a little bit of money. I decided to cancel the order for my peace of mind. I’m sorry this has caused you any inconvenience.

carmenbeck @tamyrisdias I’ve just never had an order cancelled due to weather 😕. Maybe I reacted inadvertently.Mom is excited about this and I’ve explained how we are going to load the photos on it. Im one of 14 children and then there are the spouses , the grands, great grands and so on. This was going to be something each of my siblings was going to add pictures on for mom. I will gladly wait a little in order to get it or include a tip if you would recreate a bundle offer for me PLEASE?
