tmoraga0325 @brittny_grayson thank you!, I did Herbalife and i started eating healthy for a whole year and work out, the secret is in the food portions and also i eliminated eating sweets,junk food, cut down on carbs like bread,rice,chips, can juices, sodas also and the most important thing a whole lot of will power and surround yourself with positive people.and drink plenty of water thru out the day at least a whole gallon 😊
