s39 Hi-just wondered if you have been having any issues with your packages being delivered? I can’t figure out why it hasn’t been delivered yet-it was shipped on May 28?? Posh typically only takes 3 days-please lmk-I was going to contact the post office today to see what the issue is

s39 @tanie98 Just spoke to a woman at my post office-She said it’s been sitting at the post office in Allen MI for 5 days. Is that your local post office? She told me she can’t look into it any further because a case was filed on the 4th, (so she didn’t have access), and that I would have to call back Monday after 12 when the manager is there because he could look into it further. She told me that you should prob call your local post office to see what was going on/if they had it.

tanie98 @s39 My apologies for the late response I am currently attending a Zoom Meeting. Thank you for investigating this further. I was trying to be patient in waiting on this delivery considering that postal services are so bombarded but I can definitely call on Monday to do another inquiry.

s39 Hi-just got off the phone with the manager of my post office-he said the woman I spoke to left him a message & he did call over to that post office to see what was going on with the package & has still gotten no response from them. He blamed Covid for packages being delayed. I told him I ship multiple packages/week and have not had any other issues. Any new info on your end?

Yes I also spoke with a customer service agent who was basically was just as confused as we are as to why the package was sent to another Postal Distribution center that is not even my local office. He said he was going to forward the case to a Supervisor and that I should get a call soon. I have never had this happen before with any of my ‘Posh orders even during this Pandemic. This is strange.

tanie98 @s39 Hello. Just wanted to give you another update about the package. I made another attempt to see why I still have not received the package by calling US Postal Service again. The agent I spoke with said someone should have called me back about this by now (they have not). She said that she ‘Escalated’ the case to Consumer Affairs and that I should hear from them soon. She also gave me their number 1-313-234-8833. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I am going to call...again.
