liledeglace hi Nee! so we shipped this out last week and I have the receipt. surprised this is taking so long to get to a neighboring state. I didn't love the package offerings available at my post office and luckily bought a lotta green tissue paper and tape to prevent damage to the items. Did you receive the 3 piece bundle you created for $10? Without it, I still have a 7.05 pending credit. Best regards and hope you got all your items in the condition I sent them in. liledeglace @nisha000 yeah, apologies for USPS delay in the mail. It was a small priority box and my parents had me pack and wrap perfectly before they took it out and all they were given was one tiny receipt with the tracking number. postman approved the packaging. will take me some time to find the receipt they gave back to me.

liledeglace hey, I found the tracking number but when entering on website it says status not available. it was dropped off on 5/12. they have decided to put me on hold for an hour just to report this case and I unfortunately have a meeting at 1pm. if i get to a customers service rep to speak to me before my 1pm, I will definitely complain and let them know what is going on as this is unacceptable service, despite the Covid virus issues.

liledeglace @nisha000 yeah, I remember the first time I was shipping my vb backpack to the south and I parked the car fine then on the way by the loading dock, some dude that looked like he was supposed to be packing shipments ask me for money because it was lunch time and he was hungry.

liledeglace I didn't bring any money so I was able to pull out like 75 cents. I'm just surprised is all that this is my first sale to NJ and it shouldn't take this long. So I'm definitely going to be complaining and putting in a case to let them know either their website is broken or they hired some extremely hungry employees that had nothing better to do than to steal a $10 package because they were desperate.
