tracisixx Hi !!! I dropped your Amika conditioner off at the post office two days ago, I don’t know why it still says pending USPS scan. I’m sorry, I hope it starts tracking soon and all is well! I’ll keep an eye on it, this has never happened to me before

tracisixx I notified PM- not sure if you’re getting any alerts also. They said to wait until 2/22 to see if it starts tracking. I’m so sorry, I feel awful!! Not sure how this happened!!

tracisixx @grahamsgirl4 yes, it was picked up by the post office days ago and never started tracking, so I can’t tell what’s going on. PM said to wait until 2/22, then I’m sure they’ll cancel the order or something. I’m not sure because this has never happened to me as a seller or buyer. All I know is it was picked up and nothing had happened since.
