I learned if we are sick in our household I should try to remember put my closet on vacation-I am sorry again about delayed shipment. As far as once used, I learned that is a relative term…for my thick, curly hair it was once used but next time I will list it by weight of what is left so we are clear. Thanks for your order and should there be a next time, I hope to do better.
