true2lu Your rating of 1 Star was really unfair. I was out of the country on vacation with no access to email when you purchased. As soon as I returned I rushed to mail the item. I understand your position but it’s only been 5 business days. I would have expected at least a better rating because the shoes are in good condition.

cindy_j_y @twilson72 you can go to your purchases and tap on Shipped. It tells you where is been and where it is now. I've never had this happen before. I'm really sorry. I feel bad. I shipped it a week or so ago. It normally only takes 3 days. My other two customers got their orders right away.

deliavaldez1 Tanya, not sure what is happening. The shoes don’t seem to be tracking. I set them outside for the mail an to pick up. This has happened once before. I’m going to give it another day. And if they don’t show any movement , I’ll cancel the order and you will receive a refund. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully they will start moving..
