Hi Tanya nice to meet you here - thanks for the heads up on the ring a size off - I have a few of those rings but only 1 posted- So sorry with that sickness going around that I reach for and included the wrong size -- I apologize profusely - if you are ok with temp accepting the order - I will arrange a 2nd package to send you one in 8 -- along w/ another free gift 🎁 -a + postage paid mailer to send 1st one back

Hi Tanya! I have a confusing update for you to take a moment to hear and decide on - When we spoke last- I was printing postage/ pulling the same ring in sz 8 and sending for transit - Well- I bought/printed postage - went thru over 800 ring boxes - found a mates ring- only it too was a 7 - (more)

I pulled more cartons of my genuine Gemstone jewelry and I know for certain that I have more of these rings (at least 1 in size 8) but I'm in Alabama (5 states from home this week's work) and looked thru all the cartons I brought with me - it most likely is in my safe back home - I feel so horrible for the delay! Would you like you money back? Credit in my shop for another piece? Check in the safe when I go home?

I was so excited when I came across the exact match - was surprised it was a 7 as well 😞. I will still be sending you a parcel not matter which way you decide so you can receive my free gift for the mixup - I always stand behind my transactions as I will only treat others how I would want to be treated in a human error. You will be receiving a nice token of my apology for a disappointing / intricate transaction rather than my usual easy peasey orders !

@yatna gotcha 100% - I pray I can simply open my safe /lay hands on an 8 for you -- they are wonderful! I bought the last handful of them the maker had- So I know it's not available anywhere except by folks like me- sure no other is NWT- be in touch Sunday - either will send 8 w/free gift . Or send free gift + $30 credit on next purchase - I'm still expecting the former -- than the latter .Thank you !!

@yatna Hello my Friend! Drove 14hr home Yesterday- arrived @ 2am- pulled several totes of Rings -- went thru ea. piece & started w/ > 450 Ring gift Boxes full. Didn't come across 1 in a sz 8 -please go ahead & pull tag on that 7- wear it- use it - went to Baltimore for big doc appt this PM . Just out now-Go ahead / keep the 7 . i grant you $30 credit to spend on anything in my shop! Can spend it partly or all at once as you feel w/ leftover remaining for you to use.
