msvermonster Hi Tanya, I am really really sorry but I think my box got mixed up with someone else's. I got notifications from Poshmark I had to accept the order but I had not opened it yet. I received Aveda Damage Remedy Hair Repair. I am sure the person who ordered it will want it. I will keep them in the box and wait for instructions.

fan_of_subboxes @msvermonster OH NO!!! I've never done that before. I read what to do and I've started a problem ticket with poshmark. I thought that's what you wanted from the beginning. I'm sorry!! I do have one extra of the Cela product, but it has been opened. I didn't use it, however. In fact it weighs 1 gram more than the unopened one (really weird). If you don't want the product any more, I totally understand. If you do decide you want it, we'll go through whatever poshmark says and I'll ship it asap.

msvermonster @fan_of_subboxes I sell, and I have done it before 🤣 If you would like to exchange for the Cela that would be great, I wouldn’t use the hair product and don’t want to waste it. I don’t mind if untouchable opened one or what size they are. It is the only thing that helps my dry hands! If this gets expensive for you we can try to place another order or work something out. I am sorry I miscommunicated!

fan_of_subboxes Poshmark tells me that they have contacted you and are waiting for your response before I can do anything. Here's what they tell me: We understand that you have accidentally sent the wrong order to the buyer. Thank you for reporting the issue. We have contacted the buyer and notified them to open a 'Received Wrong Item' case once they receive the order. Rest assured, we have a process in place to help correct the issue.
