Hi! Your purchased an item from my closet - I just shipped the Lululemon white skirt yesterday - I was out of town, my apologies! But I just got a cancellation and it’s on it’s way to you. I’m newer to Poshmark- can you help? Is there a way to un-cancel?? Thanks!!!

@uawrights hi there. When the item takes longer than a week to be tracked by USPS, the buyer reserves the right to cancel. If the item has been mailed when buyer chooses to cancel, buyer can keep item or return to seller. I usually cancel when reminded because on one of my first purchases- I was charged but item wasn’t sent. Took me a while to remember to follow up. Now I cancel when Poshmark notifies me that it’s been a week.

Hello from CA! Thank you for your purchase. I sent the Levis jeans on Wednesday the 9th and it’s still not tracking. I received a notification from poshmark and relayed that message to them. I’m not sure what is going on? Hopefully they will track soon!
