ambarnes03 I am so sorry you were not pleased with the way your shoes were packaged. In an effort to be ecofriendly I typically don't put extra packaging in non-fragile items. I assume the shoes were not damaged as you could have returned them if they had been. If attempting to protect the earth's resources rather than an inexpensive pair of ballet flats lacks class then so be it. I guess we all have our priorities. Take care!
