beautyobsessed0 Hi, you gave me a very poor 2 star rating, can I ask why??? The pink color WAS broken, it’s in item description AND it is pictured.. I am a 5 star seller and this just lowered me to a 4 star seller, can you please consider changing your rating, this was all listed. I wrapped your item beautifully and shipped quickly.

bandspaz @beautyobsessed0 as my comment stated the bright pink shade was shattered and all over the packaging and has now altered the the rest of the pallet. Over half the pink eyeshadow is missing

beautyobsessed0 @bandspaz you also said I need improvement in “item cleanliness and packaging”... I bubble wrapped very well your item so no other colors are damaged in shipment- which they aren’t. And in item description it says pink shade is damaged and took 2 pics of it and that was listed, I am guessing you bought the palette and didn’t read item description?
