Hi. I am sorry that your item hasn’t been delivered. I’m sure USPS will eventually deliver it. The USPS lack of delivery is not what you rate a seller on. If it doesn’t eventually show up Poshmark will refund your money. Please revise the one star rating. It really hurts me as a seller when it is not my fault at all. I mailed it the same day you purchased it. I cannot control the Mail. I pride myself in being a 5 star seller and my mail time is .8 days.

I forgot to say that I appreciate your business. Possibly you didn’t realize that the rating system is based on the buyer, not the USPS transaction. Usually you wait until the item arrives to rate it.

@rocnt07 The tracking number comes with the label that Posh provides. I believe it goes to Burlington NC before getting sent out of state. I live in NC so I was thinking it goes there first. What matters here is that there is no seller that can fix the issues that USPS has. I have a receipt with that tracking that shows it is suppose to go to Homewood IL. I DID NOTHING WRONG. It is USPS and it is unfair to rate me for their issues. If it doesn’t show up Poshmark will reimburse you.

I was thrown off by system saying the package was delivered Friday but not to my address.
The package was just delivered by USPS right now.
I do have one question, were both pieces a size 12? The top is actually size 8 and the bottoms are a 12

@rocnt07 Thank you for changing the rating. Things usually go smoother. USPS is not my favorite as they are not always reliable - I wait in line and get receipts for everything I mail even though they are labeled.
