paige_mceachern Hey! I noticed on the rating you left about the otter box you said it had some scratches... I am SO sorry! I genuinely never even opened the box so I didn’t notice at all. It was gifted to me buy maybe had been returned to the store prior to me receiving it?! I believe OtterBox cases have lifetime warranty so maybe you could contact them and get a new one free! You do have the box 😊 Anyway, thank you for your purchase and I truly do apologize about the scratches.

t_floris @paige_mceachern You and the case are still 5 stars 😉❤️ I think it may have been returned and repurchased when gifted to you, looked like it was briefly used as to where the scratches are located but once I popped it on my phone the scratches are hardly noticeable and the glitter is super pretty! Thank you so very much your your counter offer I accepted and saving the planet with reused packaging. You are a lovely seller and i would happily purchase from you again 😊

t_floris @mariebarreir172 hello, no I haven’t received them yet. I am Still waiting, but I’m in the part of BC that’s been hit with massive rain and I am completely flooded from the rest of my province. all our highways are shut down in and out from mudslides and rivers taking them out. they are just opening them up the last couple days. So they should arrive soon. :)

t_floris @mariebarreir172 odd, on my end of tracking it says expected delivery date is Tuesday Nov 23rd and that the item is still in transit. Either way I’m sure I will see it next week as they have now gotten two of 4 highways open :)
