@taunsey exactly and if you do clean and it still looks like it’s dirty than it’s probably past it’s used by date! Nothing lasts forever but if cleaned and taken care of properly, than items can last a very long time!

As for palettes, I would scrap of just a bit off the top to make sure nothing is caked in on the top and then put rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. With the spray bottle do a light mist over the shadows, and let dry (drying will take 5-10secs). If needed wipe off excess powder to tidy it up and then it should be cleaned!

So sorry you had to deal with that girl and the dirty brushes. I bought her medium clothing bag bundle which is an on going scam and she sent me dirty things that are 2XL and full of stains. Had no excuse as to why she did it. I report each listing when it comes up. There was like sand or sugar or salt in all the clothing lol. I should have my refund by Monday lol
