tapnae @suzannahragen I have a question. I purchased a Chanel Le Boy bag today for $495. Can I request Poshmark to authenticate the bag even though it’s less than $500? I sent a message to customer support but didn’t receive a response yet.

suzannahragen @tapnae That is a lot of money so I can see why you are concerned. Poshmark will only authenticate for you if the sale is $500 or more. I have already tried for less and they said no. If you really want to have Poshmark authenticate your new bag, then tell your seller that you would like to cancel and then redo the purchase for $500 so that the bag will go to Poshmark concierge first. If your seller is trustworthy then that should not be a problem.

tapnae @suzannahragen sorry for the late response I fell asleep. There is only one sale showing on her page which looks identical to the bag I purchased but it’s not from my purchase but another. When I go to my purchases and select the item to look at the listing it’s says the item is not available. She only has 2 listings which are both Chanel bags on her page. I sent her a message and she still hasn’t responded to my request.

I purchased a Chanel boy bag yesterday @fashionerz14 I sent a message to the seller asking when the bag will be shipped and never got a response. I then attempted to send another follow up message to the seller and the received a notification that I was blocked by the seller. I sent a message to Poshmark and I also reported the seller/ requesting a refund and I’m pretty sure this is a scam.

suzannahragen @tapnae Sounds like a scam. Poshmark has the money and will not release it to the seller until you have accepted the bag. If the bag is the one listed for $1200 then the bag would go to the poshmark concierge for authentication. If its a fake then Poshmark will cancel the sale.

tapnae @suzannahragen ok thank you! I was just trying to get my money back right away versus having to wait for the 7 or 10 day mark to cancel the purchase. I did report the seller to Poshmark and I also reported the item. I’m just irritated that I was blocked after I made a purchase. I tried to post a screenshot in my closet but it was flagged and removed.

tapnae @themodexchange If you wear a 9.5 (39.5) in CL’s then you’d be able to fit most of my CL’s but if you’re a 9.5 in other brands then they would be too small and you’d likely need a 40 or 40.5 depending on the cut.
