laceydoxie Hi there. I bought the jeans from you. My name is Lacey. I don't know what you can do for me but these jeans are not inseam 30. They don't measure out anywhere near 30 They are 3 to 4 inches short and won't fit my boy at all.

taraterratarah @laceydoxie Poshmark allows a 3 day return policy if you are not satisfied with a purchase. I want all my customers to be happy with the items they receive but unfortunately it has been well over the time they allow for returns.

nogojo Hello @taraterratarah , I am sorry didn't know how else to reach out to you. I bought Markon Leather Boots from you. I have yet to receive them, and they were expected to be delivered on the 19th, but have been in transit since t he 17th. I wanted to update you, since it might be the case that a "search for missing mail" request will need to be filed, and hopefully that will "shakes loose" the package as I have been told. Thank you.

taraterratarah @nogojo Hi, thanks for reaching out, I noticed last night that the boots still hadn't been delivered and thought that was strange. It looks like I can submit a search request with USPS after 7 business days. I believe tomorrow (1/24) would be the 7th business day, since I shipped on the 16th, so on Thursday I will submit that request. Hopefully it will show up before then. Sorry for any inconvenience! This is the first issue like this I have encountered with USPS.

taraterratarah @nogojo Hey there! I looked in the Poshmark FAQ's and you may want to try reporting it through Posh first, it sounds like they have a procedure for this type of situation. In your purchased items, click on the boots, select Problems/Order Inquiry, then Order Not Delivered. I started a missing package request thru USPS, but I would need your address. I deleted the email that had the shipping label in it.

nogojo @taraterratarah Hey! But do you think that doing would reflect badly on you in anyway? This was clearly not something you could have controlled. If not, then I will go ahead and do that if you think it would help. As far as my address, Is there a way to privately send it to you?

taraterratarah @nogojo I don't think it should, since it shows that I did ship them & on what date. Go ahead and try it, I just tried typing my email so you could send me your address that way, but Posh won't let you post an email address apparently :(

taraterratarah @nogojo If Poshmark isn't able to get it located, I can always file the report thru USPS and say that I want it sent back to me when it is found. We'd have to cancel the current order and redo the purchase, if you still wanted them, but it may be an option.

nogojo @taraterratarah Thank you. I did go ahead and try that, but the only related option is "order is delayed" which only seems to bring up this pop up message, "Poshmark sellers typically ship within 3-5 days of the order. However, they have up to seven days to ship their order. After seven days of non-shipment, buyers can cancel the order." So it seems I can't report a delay, nor can I cancel it, since the item was shipped.

nogojo @taraterratarah Poshmark got back to me, and assured me that there is a process in place for such situations. However, we have wait till the 31st. If there are no updates I am to let them then. I am okay with this, and in the meantime I would say if there is a way we can file that missing package claim then we should do so.

I'm still hoping that the package will show up for you before the 31st, but will go ahead and file the request through USPS also. I'm so sorry for all this hassle! I know how frustrating it is to have a package not show up when it is supposed to and this one is long overdue.

ryukyublack Hi, after discussing with my wife, Melzer02@yahoo.com (seller), wed prefer an offer w/o the shoes as I'm a true 10. Re shorts, i prefer trunks but have one pair of briefs and they are XL and comfy. I'm a 31/32 waist but was wrestler/ mma fighter and have big thighs and hips. Size Large and no shrink is still comfy as long as there is extra room
