taralara810 @kriss10fashion hi. There is some wear on part of the leather strap in the back of the purse but you can not see it when you carry it. Other than that it's in excellent condition. The bottom inside has a few markings but clean! I posted some more pics

salonpro Tara I would like to see your receipt from when you ordered this product you’ve claimed is not authentic. I’ve shown mine, and I would like to see yours now. Since your apparently an authenticity expert. I think you have a lot of nerve making that claim on my listing because your lying and you know as well as I do, it’s authentic. .

salonpro Did you even have an olaplex treatment done at a salon? Are you aware you ordered the 3 rd step in their system? If you haven’t had the first 2 steps done before using the no. 3 then you haven’t used it correctly

salonpro If Olaplex corporate says the product is not authentic I will refund your order plus what you paid in shipping. Since you made that claim so easily and are so sure about it you shouldn’t have any problem doing what I’ve suggested. You should be more than willing to send it to Olaplex.

taralara810 @salonpro hi. I do have olaplex steps 1 and 2 used in my hair when I go to the salon. I had previously ordered step 3 from the Olaplex website. When searching for this product from alternative websites like amazon I was seeing all kinds of reviews about how the product was a knockoff .

The reason I was under the impression that the two I received from you weren’t authentic is because I put a drop of the ones I received from you in my hand next to the one I had from the official website and the consistency was very different. Now there is always the possibility that the consistency is a tad different in each bottle but you can see why I was suspicious.

salonpro @taralara810 well my product is 100% the real thing. As you can see I paid good money for and am simply trying to recoup some of that. It’s up to you how you would like to proceed. Either we both agree to take down our comments and you can remove your rating or we can have your other bottle sent to Olaplex Corp and proceed with authentication. It’s up to you. Please Let me know

salonpro @taralara810 you must realize what a claim such as yours does, it totally discredits my product and will make a huge impact. Which is not fair at all especially because my product is genuine. But if people see that one bad rating they just move on to them next and don’t even bother reading my response

salonpro @taralara810 and as far as the product goes. Try shaking it up a bit sometimes the different ingredients separate and heavier stuff falls to the bottom. Also, towel dry a lot of the moisture out of your hair before applying that way the product doesn’t evaporate when you blow dry it.
