I couldn't believe she first had it listed at $160. It's the first time I realized buyers will lowball you, especially when your are as new seller to resell it themselves. But it wasn't the price that got to me , but the write-up that states NEW, NOT USED. I'm sorry you've had 4 bad experiences. Hopefully it will become more positive for you!!! :)

Me too....I'll always try a little lower too cuz I figure sellers have a little wiggle room left to give a better deal, but it is always cuz I love it for me or as a gift. If I did resell it would be because it ended up not fitting, but I would give an honest write-up. And if someone does try to buy low to resell...at least be TRUTHFUL in your sales pitch. Anyway.....here's to better deals and HONEST sellers :):)

knitnat Update. I tried telling them that only the damaged item was returned but they need a picture of the item and you did not send that back to me. So to them it looks like you’ve returned all of the items and I can’t tell them that you kept the other items. Therefore I’ll be out $52. Could you please contact them to figure out how to fix this?

knitnat Hi Tara. It looks like the case was cancelled. I did not get an opportunity to tell them that the package was empty and that it was not made clear to you that you needed to return all of the items. Therefore they’ve probably already returned all of your money. Please send them an email explaining that I told you that you did not need to return the damaged item and that you were not aware you needed to send all items back as they do not do partial returns. I did not know this😔
