Hi, sorry to hear that the shoes broke after you were trying them on, unfortunately they can not be returned since you didn't report any issues within the 3 days after you received your order, I sent you the shoes in good condition with no damages, except some scuffs that they have on them and they were mentioned in the description, otherwise they were in wearable and in good condition, thanks!

@yahaira2013 thank you for responding. I work long hours and didn’t realize you needed to try on and respond within three days. The shoes are much more worn then photos and comments showed and are not in wearable condition.
