patinabella Hi Tara. The Lands End swim top you ordered from me was sent to another customer in error by the ups store. It’s on its way back to me and I will then send it to you. PM Has communicated to me 3 sep times that they have sent a label to the person who rec it in error, who I have been in constant contact with, and she has yet to rec it. I wrote to PM again: I’m waiting to hear back. She wants me to send her your info so she can send it directly but I would never send anyone someone else’s personal info via this platform. You should prob write to PM, it’s in their hands, & I’m waiting. I’m very sorry

patinabella @sagechic1 try to go through Poshmark customer support as opposed to through the item/sale page . Take a photograph of the transaction to attach to your request with a detailed explanation of what happened. Tell them I have been all over it.I won’t dispute it: this is ridiculous for you

In a year and a half selling for them I have never had an issue like this. Like I said if you contact them let them know what has happened. I am being fully transparent with you

I don’t even know what to say at this point… If you have any issues you need to contact Poshmark customer service as well as contacting them directly to release funds. If you decide not to keep it you need to contact them as well. This has just been a mess, slowed down by their lag time in responding to us
