pishposh4 Hi there! Thank you for my lovely box of samples. I ordered a similar set from another posher and she shorted me some items. Poshmark seems to think YOUR order was the one I contacted them about. The site won’t let me ACCEPT yours. It tells me to contact customer support. I just emailed them and hopefully they will fix it soon. Wouldn’t it be awesome if we could CALL them? Thank you!

pishposh4 @bananajcrew Hi there. I have taken a screenshot of the message that blocks me from accepting the order. It tells me to contact customer support (which I’ve done 3 times now). I also complained about not being able to call customer service. These email delays seem like something from the 1970’s. It might as well be the US MAIL. They haven’t even sent me a reply!

pishposh4 Hi there. I just tried to hit “accept order” again and received the error message. Apparently no one actually reads the emails I have sent. It’s ridiculous. This company is big enough to have commercials run on TV during prime time but can not afford to hire a customer service phone staff. At least you can CALL A HUMAN on eBay. Sorry this is happening. Maybe you should try to email again. Screenshot this reply and send it in your email.

pishposh4 Hi there. Did they release your funds yet? I still get the error message when I click “accept”. To date, I have not had a single reply from Poshmark customer service. Not one. What a disappointment.

bananajcrew @pishposh4 no. They have answered my emails and said they will wait to hear from buyer. Try clicking on your order and then click problems/inquiry to reach Poshmark. Is that the way u did it?

pishposh4 @bananajcrew Hi there. Yes, that’s the way I have emailed each time. I always get an immediate email thanking me for contacting them. They add that my inquiry will receive attention in the next 24 hours. Then....crickets. I have also sent a screenshot of the error message. If you file a complaint/inquiry you can add a photo to your complaint. Can you screenshot my replies and enclose them in your inquiry?
