ritzyregalia @jmarinalynn unfortunately there's no direct # you can tweet them or post to their fb page but honestly at this point as long as you get it back in the same condition you sent it I'd just move on and relist higher. Also always make sure to take pics of Size tag. Did you email pm with screenshots of the measurements posted? Did she ask you how it runs?

Number 1 a U.K. So 14 is probably about a US 8 or 10. Euro sizes are so different. But you gave the measurements! Sorry hon that sucks😡😡

ritzyregalia @katmoo I honestly don’t have the best luck either selling vintage pieces here. I do better with the more current trendy stuff. But my advice is to edit next list your entire closet at least 2x a day, share to parties and always share back (which I know you do👍🏻)

hapsandpops Hi Tara I received the boots today. I don’t know if you knew about the insoles of the boots. They are puckered up, especially around the toes. This makes it uncomfortable to wear. I am sorry to complain. Do you accept returns? They are unwearable for me. Thank you. Terri

ritzyregalia @hapsandpops do you mean they are unglued? As far as i knew they were fine. I tested the outsoles for dry rot and stuck my hand in the front to be sure they were ok. They felt fine. I wonder if maybe cause its been so cold something happened in transit? Poshmark handles the return process. Just go into the purchase and hit problem with order.

hapsandpops Tara, My husband and I have been out of town on a working weekend. I was reading on Poshmark about returning an item and it said if I didn't return it within 72 hours the sale was final. It may have been the cold that made the inner sole come loose. It is loose in a lot of places. On the right foot the arch is very loose. On the left it is lifted up all the way around. So am I out of luck because of the time period or are they still returnable? Terri

ritzyregalia @kkthorsen thanks for reaching out! You can definitely sell the boots on Posh regardless of where you purchased, just keep in mind that they take 20% when you price them. No you don’t have to decline a private offer. Some people prefer to and other just let it expire after 24 hours. It’s up to you.

ritzyregalia @cbcrane hi Cindy! Anything over $500 goes through Poshmark first for authentication. So it was shipped to Posh headquarters in CA. Once Posh confirms its authenticity they will forward on to you. I shipped Tuesday so they will probably get it today. It does take a day or 2 for them to authenticate before they ship.😊

How do you keep it that way? I don’t see any way to keep the headers (skirts, purses etc) in place? ritzyregalia @bellejoyjordan Hi Leslie! Thanks for the shares😊 You have to share your closet in the order you want it organized starting with what you want at the bottom first. I.E. share all your pants, then the header, all your tops, then the header etc etc. that way when someone goes to your closet they’ll see the tops first and scroll down to the pants. Hope that is helpful😊😊
