@jmarinalynn unfortunately there's no direct # you can tweet them or post to their fb page but honestly at this point as long as you get it back in the same condition you sent it I'd just move on and relist higher. Also always make sure to take pics of Size tag. Did you email pm with screenshots of the measurements posted? Did she ask you how it runs?

But honestly dontt sweat it. I've had a few cases. Only had 1 where the buyer destroyed an item that I fought and won. 1 I won and 1 I lost but I just relisted and sold higher. Lol

@tarabz I'm gonna share it with you just so you see - that's the THING! I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE DID IT! YES, I took pics of the tag, yes I gave extensiextensive measurements... and turns out the dress ran small according to her bc "every other dress she has is a 10".
..she was not nasty about it, in fact she asked if I'd mind return. I'm pissed at poshmark for not reaching out to ME

Number 1 a U.K. So 14 is probably about a US 8 or 10. Euro sizes are so different. But you gave the measurements! Sorry hon that sucks๐ก๐ก

@katmoo I honestly donโt have the best luck either selling vintage pieces here. I do better with the more current trendy stuff. But my advice is to edit next list your entire closet at least 2x a day, share to parties and always share back (which I know you do๐๐ป)

I received the boots today. I donโt know if you knew about the insoles of the boots. They are puckered up, especially around the toes. This makes it uncomfortable to wear. I am sorry to complain. Do you accept returns? They are unwearable for me. Thank you.

@hapsandpops do you mean they are unglued? As far as i knew they were fine. I tested the outsoles for dry rot and stuck my hand in the front to be sure they were ok. They felt fine. I wonder if maybe cause its been so cold something happened in transit? Poshmark handles the return process. Just go into the purchase and hit problem with order.

My husband and I have been out of town on a working weekend. I was reading on Poshmark about returning an item and it said if I didn't return it within 72 hours the sale was final. It may have been the cold that made the inner sole come loose. It is loose in a lot of places. On the right foot the arch is very loose. On the left it is lifted up all the way around. So am I out of luck because of the time period or are they still returnable? Terri

@kkthorsen thanks for reaching out! You can definitely sell the boots on Posh regardless of where you purchased, just keep in mind that they take 20% when you price them.
No you donโt have to decline a private offer. Some people prefer to and other just let it expire after 24 hours. Itโs up to you.

@kkthorsen If you send a private offer and someone declines it can be for a bunch of reasons so I wouldnโt read too much into it. If youโre comfortable dropping price further you can but itโs definitely not necessary๐

@cbcrane hi Cindy! Anything over $500 goes through Poshmark first for authentication. So it was shipped to Posh headquarters in CA. Once Posh confirms its authenticity they will forward on to you. I shipped Tuesday so they will probably get it today. It does take a day or 2 for them to authenticate before they ship.๐

Hi! Thank you for the shares and I love your closet. I hope you wonโt mind me asking this question but Iโm hoping you can teach me how you organize your closet by type of item? How do you keep it that way? I donโt see any way to keep the headers (skirts, purses etc) in place? And how do you keep the specific listings where they are supposed to be, especially when youโre doing a self share and they end up being at the top? Thank you for any help you can provide.

@bellejoyjordan Hi Leslie! Thanks for the shares๐ You have to share your closet in the order you want it organized starting with what you want at the bottom first. I.E. share all your pants, then the header, all your tops, then the header etc etc. that way when someone goes to your closet theyโll see the tops first and scroll down to the pants. Hope that is helpful๐๐
