alexusblu @chicnation so what you’re basically telling me is that this didn’t ship the day I ordered it like you said it did by saying you have 10 days to ship and it also tells me that keep your customers waiting because you wait until the very last minute to ship. When I click on Awaiting Shipment it says if my order hasn’t shipped in 10 days which will be January 1st I can cancel. At this point, being that it hasn’t shipped like you said previously, I’d like it if you just canceled it
