sierra21397 hi curious about the 1 star rating for ship time. you ordered on Saturday nov 21st after the post office closed and I shipped Wednesday the 25th, per the usps tracking. that's around 3 days when you account for the PO being closed on Sunday. I understand the package was just delivered today, but the post office's high volume of packages is beyond my control.

tarajmasonlsu @sierra21397 because it didnt ship until 4 days later and I was given no updates or communication on it as most offer. It is supposed to ship within 3 days of purchase. Packaging was also not appropriate from keeping it from being damaged. Those are the reasons that I posted.
