H @Tink8282 you recently just purchased a box of women’s capsules for me I actually do not have a full box just yet I have 20 packs which is 40 pills my rest of my inventory won’t be in for another week did you wanna purchase the separate packages or wait till my inventory comes in I am very sorry I miss judged my sales or two of you must have like purchase at the same time because I’m short a box a full box I am very sorry but let me know what you would like to do

What is the mfg date on the 20 packets u have?
How much would u charge for the 20?
Could I get shipping discount, like half price shipping, bc I'm never willing to pay the steep shipping on here for less than a full box

I thought u didn't have the full box? why didn't u answer my message previously & tell me whats going on, nc now I've bought slither box that I don't need. you're the one who msgd me saying u don't have what I ordered & asked what we should do, then u ghost me & just do whatever you want?

@millznan it says tracking not yet available, so I dont think you actually sent them yet. I won't be accepting the purchase & will be opening a case FYI. you have handled this horribly & I can't afford to have bought 2 boxes right now. so either cancel the order & refund the money or I'll have postmark step in to do so.

@tink8282 hi nope …I have a postman pick them up at my house ..and I was gratefully able to catch it !! and took ur name off and send it to someone else ..so ur good! As I am …someone really wanted it and I was sold out ..so it worked out GREAT!

And yup ur gonna have too or I will I surely cancelled it but bc I did indeed mark shipped bc I did ship it ( my part ). It still says it .I don’t get why bc he did not scan it ..not sure what issue is so I just relayed message via support just now ( I work). So cudnt handle last step till now - the other womens has already been dropped and on way so ???? But they’ll fix it-

@tink8282 lol 4 recordI did not handle it horribly! I’ve got a lot a lot!!!!! Of business going out n I purchased it I printed ur slip and boxed it n left it 4postman then read ya didn’t want it?So generally when somebody purchases ya print - box -ship!! so if anything you handled it terribly by purchase it from me and then purchasing it from somebody else by the way nobody can afford that! And when I got urmessage U didn’t want it I ran around frantically to retrieve it

@millznan the problem is that YOU TOLD ME YOU DONT HAVE THE ITEM I PRCHASED, YOU asked me what we should do, I msgd you back with some questions, then you never replied & ghosted the convo.
Meanwhile you're apparently shipping something to me with out communicating about it. I STILL don't know what you supposedly left out for the postman, bc you claimed you wouldn't have what I ordered til next week.

@millznan I had msgd you back & waited over a day for a response, knowing I run out of Thrive in a week, so I figured we'd have to cancel the order since you didn't reply. then all the sudden POOF you shipped something, not sure what, after I said I'd like to cancel.
WHY didn't you communicate so we could figure out the problem instead of making an assumption & shipping something when there was a clear issue??? you obviously have TERRIBLE communication skills as a seller & that's the problem!
