rain34 I apologise for missing your counter offer. I got a notification that said it had expired. I tried to accept but by that time it was to late but it would let me counter but the lowest I could counter was $21 I hope you don't think I was being petty over a dollar. I had hoped you would see the message and come back with $20 if you still wanted the bag. At this point due to the confusion if you want it please offer 18 and I will accept
