taradesigns4u @carleeeichel Is there anyway you can go in the system and say a partial shipment was sent and re-enter that tracking number and sometimes that triggers it to re-track it in their system. I actually had another seller do that and it worked.

taradesigns4u @carleeeichel hey!! I’m not upset or angry at all. It was my fault for not reading the note properly. I went back and read it again and for some reason the first time I quickly read it as cards instead of cords and I guess it just didn’t register in my mind. I was also in the middle of doing invoicing payroll and auditing our spreadsheets and fiscal accounts so I was a little distracted probably with my head full of numbers 🤪
