@miss_taralee What is the problem with the NUFACE you purchased from me? You received exactly what is shown in photos. New, authentic and unused.
If retuning I expect to receive in exact same condition

@desertpearls Hi. Please don't worry. I emailed and withdrew my case review. I have not opened package. When I told my aesthetician I had purchased she was really concerned it was not authentic. Poshmark only gives you three days after delivery to check anything out, so I called Nuface right away. My aesthetician thought you had to be a registered retailer with them to have a pro.

@desertpearls Initially when I found out you were not registered, I marked the item for review. I then had second thoughts considering how nice you had been and called Nuface back twice in an effort to talk directly to someone on the sales team that works specifically with spas and professionals. They went over the fact that many beauty pros that are not registered retailers buy authentic nuface pro devices for "backbar" use at trade shows and those items are not boxed, but in clear cases.

@desertpearls As soon as the nuface gal used the word "backbar" and described the clear case, I knew I had made a mistake doubting the authenticity. I am so sorry I acted too quickly and without enough info. I hope you might forgive me. I will fix this with Poshmark and let them know it was all my error. As soon as they email me back, I'll do my best to have payment go through asap. Please let me know if I can do anything else to fix this. Sorry! Hope you have a good day.

@miss_taralee I completely understand. It's a lot of money. This is why I do take to answer any questions. I want the buyer to feel completely secure that what I am selling is 100% authentic and as described. I believe in karma and I wouldn't want anyone to take advantage of me either.

Please know it is 100% authentic and you have nothing to worry about. Please read the manual and watch the NuFACE utube video to make sure you use it to get the best results... or ask you esthetician to help guide you. I want to have good reviews on this site as I only sell quality authentic items :)

Thanks! I am still waiting for Poshmark to get back to me. They don't have any telephone customer service. But I will take care of it as soon as I can. I wrote them twice telling them I was accepting item.

Yes, I wrote them 3 days to ask them to take it off case review and mark it accepted, and once more after that. They say not to send multiple emails. I still have not heard back from them.

@desertpearls I got the idea to contact them on their FB page and someone responded there! I gave the my posher user name and told them the situation - that I want to accept item and get you the funds. They asked for my email as registered at poshmark. Just sent that, waiting to hear back!

@desertpearls Still waiting to hear from them via FB messenger. I sent them another message there this morning. I am being ultra clear with them to please resolve this immediately and release funds. If I had an extra 200, I would just pay you outside of this and deal with them later. A bit frustrating! I'll keep updating you. Off to work for now!

@desertpearls They finally responded after I made a public post on their FB page asking very directly about their lapse in customer service :D I got an email response a couple hours later. I responded as requested to get funds released - my fifth or sixth request. Once processed, I am assuming either by tomorrow or Monday, funds released? Think it's a go this time! Bless you for your patience.
