rebeccaghandour @pkwarren60 Hi Penni, sorry to hear you are having trouble. Mbands can only linked once. Thats why the package is sealed, to avoid tampering, the code on back of the band is only visible once open. I cant imagine it was used before or linked to another account since it was still closed when you received it. That band was purchased from a disney store direct so I dont have any doubt about its authenticity. I would suggest contacting disney customer services. Im sorry I cant do more to help.

rath22 So. I’m looking for a little help. I put the wrong shipping label on a box. She got her purchase plus the one I put the wrong label on. She was honest and told me. Do you know what she should do at this point to get it back to me. I told her just drop it off as a return to sender. Is that ok?
