annes137 @tarah714 it is a stretchy blend. Let me measure across the back and waist for you. That may give you a better idea of the sizing.

annes137 @tarah714 The waist is 11" laying flat and has very good stretch to it. The length from top of shoulder to hem while on hanger is 36.75". Across the bodice was a little harder to measure because of the butterfly sleeve, but I measured 19". The fit for you will most likely depend on your bust size for this dress. It was my daughter's and she's a 36c.
