Hi Tarri! I see you got the ME frame. Apparently the USPS “lost” it for a while. This happens from time to time. It’s usually just sitting somewhere at one of the stops.. and once a postal worker sees it they send it on its way per USPS. I mailed it within 24 hours of receiving your order. Also, I’m wondering what I could have done better in describing & packing it as you noted that it could be better. I value input as I strive for 5 star service for all my customers

@tfennel thank you so much!! I don’t get it either! It’s happened to me and one of the post offices superintendents told me she’s found a package that had fallen out of a wheeled bin and there it sat for days until she found it and sent it on its way. So bizarre! And thank you for the 5 stars. You’re so sweet!!
