totfomby Yes its exactly what you described but its the material that its made from. Soon as i put my iphone 6plus in the case no signal, take it out & the signal back. I loved the case so much that i left it on & went to work & got no calls so i had to take it off. Its the thickness of whatever material its made of & i assume it interferes with the internal antenna. Idk but the case equals no service so i wanna return it. I love it cuz its cute but its of no use. ☹️

totfomby I did, its nothing you did or me. However i have had a case like this before about a yr ago as a gift from my oldest son but the situation was the same as this. I kept it on my phone for like 3 days not knowing why i had no service. Soon as i took it off...i was back in business. But im sorry & i apologize.
