restorellrelove Do you mind me asking how much the zipper pull costs? I need to go get one for another bag. I actually didn’t know LV repairs bags without a receipt.

tarshawlms08 No, not at all. It's going to be $180. I have also purchased 2 bags and a wallet from that location. I also had a pre-loved Saint Cloud I purchased from PoshMark sent off to have the hardware switched out on the front it was $80 and took 6 weeks.

tarshawlms08 They have never asked me for a receipt. I even communicated that both bags were pre-loved. They are supposed to have this new policy where you can't order parts for a bag that they don't have record of you owning. For instance I requested to purchase the Speedy strap and I am having to wait to my normal salesman comes back from vacation Wednesday to see if he will order it for me. But they had no issues with allowing me to send the bag off to be repaired.
